HUBUNGAN ANTARA PRE EKLAMSI DENGAN KEJADIAN BERATBAYILAHIRRENDAHDIRSUDABDOELMOELOEKKOTABANDARLAMPUNG

Abstract

The relationhip between pre-eclamsion and the incident of low birth weight in abdoel moeloek hospital Bandar Lampung City. The factor of death new bornage 0-6 daysin Indonesia as much 32,4%. The Incident of low birth weightis factor bysome of them is factors the mother: nutrition status of pregnant women, age, pregnancy, the level of education, diseaseof the mother like :cardio,hipertension, preeklampsion ,and diabetes mellitus.This Reaserchthe aim to find out the relationship between preeclamsion and the incident of low birth weight in abdoelmoeloek hospital in Bandar Lampung city. This reaserch usedmethode  analitik reaserch with design of cross secsional. Population of this reaserch is all of mother giving birthin RSUD Abdoel Moeloek  Bandar Lampung City at 2019 years, totaling 918 mother of giving birth. The sampel totaling 279 people. Data analysis for this reaserch used analysis univariat with the formula of distribution frequency and bivariate with analysis statistic test chisquare. The result frequency distribution of events is obtained BBLR totalling 66 people (23,66%), incident of pre eclamsion totalling 74 people (26,52%). The result statistic tes tused chisquare the obtained isscorex 2 count 47, 050 > fromx2 table 3,841 there is relationship between preeclamsion and the incident of low birth weight in abdoel moeloek hospital in Bandar Lampung city.The advice that the author can give is to improve delivery services and education regarding pregnancy and childbirth to prevent complications, especially the incidence of Low birth weigth.
