HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DENGAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL MAHASISWI PRODI D-III KEBIDANAN DI AKBID KEBIDANAN WAHANA HUSADA BANDAR JAYA

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adolescence is aged between 10-19 years, while the United Nations (UN) refers to youth as aged between 15-24 years. Results of a recent survey of 8,084 male and female adolescents aged 15-24 years in 20 districts in four provinces (West Java, Central Java, East Java and Lampung). From the survey results, it was found that 46.2% of teenagers still think that women will not get pregnant just by having sex once. This misperception is mostly believed by male adolescents (49.7%) compared to female adolescents (42.3%). The results of a preliminary study at Akbid Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya on 10 D-III Midwifery students Class of 2020 showed that 60% of students said that holding hands, embracing shoulders, hugging waists, dry kisses, wet kisses, touching, hugging and petting are normal things in Dating is also common among teenagers nowadays. This research aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of reproductive health and sexual behavior in female students from the 2020 and 2021 D-III Midwifery Study Program at Akbid Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya. The research method uses descriptive analytics with a cross sectional research design. The technique used in this research is the total sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking all members of the population as respondents, while to collect data, the researcher uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were all female students from the class of 2020 and 2021 of the D-III Midwifery Study Program at Akbid Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya who were not yet married with a sample of 59 respondents using a total sampling technique. Test the hypothesis using the Chi-Square test. Female students from the 2020 and 2021 D-III Midwifery Study Program at Akbid Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya had positive perceptions about reproductive health, namely 30 respondents (50.8%) and had positive sexual behavior, namely 33 respondents (55.9%). The results of the analysis obtained a value of X 2 calculated > X2 table (18,592 > 3,841). Contingency Coefficient obtained a value of 0.490. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between perceptions of reproductive health and sexual behavior in female students from the 2020 and 2021 D-III Midwifery Study Program at Akbid Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya with a moderate level of closeness.
